Aarzoo is a Persian word which literally means "desire". The desire of the Aarzoo band is to create a good and melodious music, which will create a sensation among the Indian youth. so they chose "Aarzoo" name for their band. 
It was all started when Pratiq Kaushal,the lead guitarist and founding member of Aarzoo the band,bought his first guitar in his teens.Music was his biggest passion so he started learning guitar and improved his skills day by day and spend many hours on his guitar. He participated and won many singing competitions. His biggest dream was to make an iconic band which will create a sensation among the general and elite masses. He then started to search for like-minded musicians, to complete his band.After few months,Pratiq appointed Vipin on bass and Gaurav on drums.
As a band,their main concentration is to make good melodies and then give it a groove with Guitars and Vocals.
