VOLK started their journey in the month of July 2014 when Sayan (bassist) introduces Anirban-Gablu (drummer) and Niladri (guitarist) to the other members of the band Aniruddha (guitarist) and Daipayan (vocals) and finally the band completed. The main moto of our music, VOLK symbolizes The Common People.The band want to create music for them like their freedom,anti-establishment,agony,frustration,love,social attire etc.through the band’s originals like “E PRITHIBI AMAR “; “SWADHIN”;”SUNNOTA”.After two months of hardcore rehearsals and endless effort the band appeared for the gigs.....and its still going on
