1.1 The Tenderers who are desirous of participating in ?e? procurement shall submit their Technical bids, price bids etc., in the Standard formats prescribed in the Tender documents, displayed at ?e? market place. The tenderers should upload the scanned copies in support of their bids. The bidders shall sign on all the statements, documents, certificates, uploaded by him, owning responsibility for their correctness / authenticity. Furnishing hard copies of the uploaded documents except D.Ds remitted towards transaction fee and EMD by the tenderers before opening technical bids is dispensed with as per G.O Ms.No.6, dt: 11.1.2005. If any successful bidder fails to submit the original Hard Copies of uploaded certificates / Documents, DD towards EMD within the stipulated time or if any variation is noticed between the uploaded documents and the hard copies submitted by the bidder, the successful bidder will be suspended from participating in the tenders on e-Procurement platform for a period of 3 years. The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original D.D. remitted towards EMD along with covering letter as per format shown in the schedules checklist to the tender inviting authority before concluding the Agreement either personally or through courier or by post and the receipt of same within the stipulated time shall be the responsibility of the bidder. MCE will not take any responsibility for any delay or non-receipt. The successful (L1) tenderer shall furnish the original hard copies of all the documents/ certificates/ statements uploaded by him before concluding agreement. 1.2 The MCE will not hold any risk and responsibility for the loss in transit during uploading of the scanned document, for the invisibility of the scanned document online, and any other problem(s) encountered by the Tenderers while submitting his bids online. |
