General Conditions for Eligible Tenderers

Sl No	Conditions
1	Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.
2	It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
3	The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder's end.
4	EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Evaluation Criteria

1	Terms & Conditions: 1.Firm should be registered with competent authority 2.Bidder should have conducted or managed at least one Internationallevel sporting competition of value not less than Rs.27.5 lakhs in any one of the last 5 financial years. 3.All staff should be technically qualified as per the adventure safety Guidelines of Government of Karnataka. And the bidder or its partners should have the clearancefrom IFSC to conduct such event. 4.Annual turnover should be not less than Rs.55 Lakhs in at least two financial year in the last five financial years 5.Copy of Recent 3 Year Income Tax Returns. 6.Copy of 3 Years VAT/GST clearance certificate obtained from competent authority. 7.Solvency Certificate for 30% from any scheduled bank obtained specifically for this tenders. 8.The Tenderer should have a local establishment within the state of Karnataka. 9.The Tenderer should submit an undertaking on a Rs. 50 stamp paper that the firm is not Black Listed by any Govt. 10.Tenderer undertakes to extend the warranty and free service as per tender conditions and that they abide by the conditions of the tender Department in India.
