Now that negotiations will commence it is essential that the Intellectual Property Office & Government are made aware so please join us on 22nd September, at 100% Design, to reinforce our message. Why? Because the majority of designers like you rely on unregistered EU and UK design rights and your IP will be severely disadvantaged if you lose EU unregistered design rights. EU design laws, both registered and unregistered, protect the individual character of a design in particular as they relate to the shape, texture, contours, lines, colours, ornamentation and materials of the design.
