Art Exhibition - bird illustrations by Shelley Richardson

My illustrations represent how I see each animal, hopefully I have highlighted their individual characteristics, beauty and in some instances their struggle for survival.  I suggest the habitat through fine line work or neutral colours to draw attention to their fading habitats and emphasize how critical their habitat is to their survival.

I now draw every day and I am planning my next exhibition at the end of 2017.  I hope my illustrations make you smile, and wonder a little about what the animal is and its conservation status.
