Singer Pratichee Mohapatra of the now disbande all girls band Viva is surely going places. The singer has succesfully managed to blend music with fashion.The popstar with the 'Dream Team' including fashion designer Gavin Miguel performed across four cities of New Delhi, Kolkota, Bangalore and Mumbai recently. Then Mohapatra performed at the grand finale of the tour at the historic Louvre in Paris and also jammed on 'Hero' signature tune mixed by DJ Nasha.Speaking about the tour Pratichee said, "The high point of the tour was the standing ovation that we got at the end of the show at the Louvre, Paris. World over there is a strong connection between fashion and music be it Rihanna, Lady Gaga or Madonna, musical icons have influenced a whole generation through their fashion. I hope to see such connection in our own country, where singers and musicians are seen as much as they are heard, facing their own audience instead of taking pride in singing in the background for some actor or actress." Pratichee hopes to herald this trend in India too.
