The rising dunes of the golden desert, the royal reign of Maharaja’s and local culture of Rajasthan all have paved their ways to Delhi. It sounds crazy, but it is all happening soon, the ShowCase events presents the second edition of the “Sounds From the Desert”. The festival commences on 26th April 2019 at Sirifort Auditorium, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi – 110049.
The city will dwell into the intense colour of traditional outfits and local nodes of Rajasthan’s famous musician. Rajasthan has attracted tourists from the world and its all due to its deep love for music, and royal lifestyle. This time the culturally dampened Rajasthan is charged up to steal the heart of Delhi famously known as“Dilwalaonki Delhi” with their mega-performances.
The festival started as a platform for the revival of Rajasthani folk music, and a place to infuse sounds of the desert with modern music. The amazing king of Kartaal and Rajasthani folk musicKutle Khan, with his musical performance will echo Delhi streets. The Desi Nagaras from the famous Nathulal Solanki and family of Pushkar, create the feel and environment of authentic Folk. This show will also have 16 more musicians from the legendary and traditional families of Rajasthan. The Khamayacha, the Sarangi, Morchang, Bhapang, Algooza, Dholak, by the families from Bikaner, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Jaipur.The famous Rajasthani Folk singer Kutle Khan along with Anita Kanwar Dangi, bring together all the different musicians with their various art forms, along with the ghoomar, for a LIVE performance at this show.

Our first show in Mumbai was a great success and now our group is arriving at the capital.
