Freeman wins UFI digital award 2019 with smart AI chatbot solution. The newly designed AI based chatbot replaced information desk answering event-attendees FAQs.  This A.l.-powered Chabot technology solution allows organizers to reach audiences in new ways. 

The system is integrated with Alexa powered event kiosk, SMS text messaging, web-based chat windows and integrations into mobile apps that capture the data necessary for creating personalized experiences. 

The chatbot was able to give information on tradeshow seminars, venue facilities, answering people in their languages, and so on.  The VP of Freeman Wilson Tang said it is just the beginning and the future experience of chatbox would be no less than sci-fi movie Star Trek.
