Joyalukkas, an ISO certified Indian jewelry group based in Thrissur, Kerala, and Chennai, has awarded its Marketing Automation services to Mirum India. The agency will work as a strategic digital and implementation partner for the entire Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack. It will also be responsible for setting up Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio and Advertising Studio for the jewelry brand. The Marketing cloud along with the other external system such as Joyallukas’s e-commerce portal; point-of-sale solution; and its loyalty program will also be looked after by Mirum.
Joyalukkas focuses on using contextual and personalized communication for engaging with its consumer base. It uses email, SMS, social channels, mobile, etc across all digital channels.

The agency created a blood banking eco-system on the lines of Saving Accounts at financial banks which resulted in 152,000+ Blood Banking Accounts and 132,000+ Blood Units Donated.
