Startups to gain recognition at RMAI Rural Conclave 2018

Rural market has tremendous potential that is yet to be tapped.

The Rural Marketing Association of India was formed in March 2005, with an aim to promote, improve, develop and further the cause of rural marketing in India, is all set to organize its 3^rd edition of RMAI Rural Conclave on 23^rd and 24^th February 2018 at Vivanta by Taj, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The two-day rural conclave will bring together the rural marketing experts from multiple fields whose emphasis will be on “Navigating the Future of Rural Marketing.”

Over the past few years, we have seen that Startups have gained a huge momentum across the globe in almost every sector of the economy in India. Along with the Rural Conclave, RMAI will also celebrate and acknowledge, path-breaking work or initiatives carried out by various companies in Rural India at the Corporate ExcellenceAwards.

This year’s edition is dedicated to Startup Companies, new innovation, and initiatives. The awards are nomination based and industry members are eligible to nominate potential organizations including their own.

Eligibility Criteria: Companies established between Jan 2012- Jan 2017.

Shortlist criteria: The startup that has shown the development over the last year based on growth, innovation, and impact by developing solutions for rural markets. Solutions could be related to marketing, distribution, commerce or communication areas or beyond.

Selection Criteria: Three winners shall be selected by popular nominations from industry and will be felicitated on 24^th Feb 2018.

We hope with the upcoming RMAI rural conclave, the rural market will see a future in startups.
