Radio App Developed for the first time to save event crew’s lives

08-Mar-2018

For the first time, a digital two-way radio is used to address the ground worker’s safety issues. To ensure all of your staff are within reach and are safe. In real time, this piece of technology can be very useful.  By integrating a lone worker app with your two-way radio system the user will be notified and asked to press and release the button to confirm that he is OK if the user does not communicate within the pre-defined time the radio will then go into an ‘emergency mode’. Utilising a loud audible tone the radio will warn the user to respond, even after if they do not it will set the emergency procedure into play, the radio controller and other users will then be notified.  Event security staff use radio transmitter for communication but after this new invention, the scope of usage will increase from communication to safety.
