Midas IT has launched an enterprise solution named “Mighty”.  Unlike Skype or Whatsapp video interview this AI based interview software works differently.  It throws surprise questions and conducts logical games for the interviewee who can start the interview on any computer with a camera and microphone.  It also reads the emotion and expression of the interviewee by analysing 68 muscles in the face.  It showed the accuracy of 82 percent to find high-performing talent. Further, the software is capable to collect data from employees of other companies -- those of high performers and low. The interview is recorded and the client is offered a report that shows the applicant's score, most-used keywords, ranking among total interviewees, and suggestions for ideal candidates.  Event industry which is so huge hiring process becomes a tedious task and software like this should be an advantage.
