You may never look at food the same way after reading this

15-May-2018

Over 40 percent of daily food wastage winds up in the trash in the U.S alone, about 150,000 tons a day. To draw attention to this issue, Morton Salt - The United State's leading producer of salt for grocery, water softening, ice control, agricultural and industrial uses, came out with brilliant campaign idea #EraseFoodWaste. They begin with the campaign, Morton went dumpster looking for a discarded fruits and vegetables, to make a typeface from them. Not just font they also used the same waste product to create ink and paper from it. The poster with message printed with the typeface from food waste was quite attractive, and the font was uploaded to download for free from Morton Salt website.
