After getting hitched in Goa on 24^th March, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta are getting formally engaged on 30^th June 2018.

Mukesh and Nita Ambani are all set to host formal engagement function of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. Childhood friends, Akash and Sholka will exchange rings on June 30 at Antilla - the Ambanis' residence.

‘Save the Date’ video is quite popular amongst people nowadays, and following the trend, Ambanis also created ‘Save the Date’ video for their eldest son Akash Ambani’s formal engagement. The official save the date invitation for Akash and Shloka’s Engagement is being sent to the guests from his parents and siblings.

The invite is set on the tune of ‘Shubharambh’ song from the movie ‘Kai Po Che’. But following the trend, Ambanis do not forget to follow the tradition as the invite has a traditional feel to it – decorated with Indian motifs, montage of the couple and an incantation that includes their initials.

Akash and Shloka have been childhood friends, they got hitched on 24^th March in presence of close family members in a private ceremony in five star hotel in Goa. It was followed by a star-studded party at Antilla, attended by a number of Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Kiran Rao, Zaheer Khan, Sagarika Ghatge and John Abraham.

There has been no confirmation on the wedding date, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta will tie the knot in the month of December this year. The wedding is going to be a grand affair with big names from the entertainment, politics and sports world expected to attend.
