Myntra focuses on improving user engagement strategy

An Indian Fashion E-Commerce company Myntra has chosen to hire WebEngage - Marketing Automation platform's services to increase their user engagement strategy. Partnership with WebEngage will provide Myntra with the technological firepower required to enhance their on-site user engagement. Also, it will create highly-personalised brand experiences at scale and bolster their user retention strategy.

With millions of users logging in daily to browse through over 5 lakh products from more than 2500 brands covering multiple categories, Myntra is a household name in online fashion retail industry. Myntra wanted to deliver its customers a consistent, valuable user experience and wanted to simplify their entire shopping experience by making it more intuitive.

Myntra have decided to hire WebEngage’s full-stack Marketing Cloud platform after looking at multiple options in the market. They hired WebEngage to help them automate their user engagement intelligently and create a definite uptick in conversions.
