Other than being Miss World, she also dons the hats of a philanthropist, author, actress, host, motivational speaker and more.


Diana Hayden is an Indian model, actor and former Miss World 1997. She was born and brought up in Secunderabad where attended St. Ann's High School, Secunderabad and later went on to complete a 5 week course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. She also studied at the Drama Studio London, where she concentrated on the works of Shakespeare.

In 2001, she made her screen debut in the film version of Shakespeare's Othello in South Africa. Diana was signed by the Avalon Academy in 2006 and also served as a celebrity guest lecturer for airline
personnel training programs. In 2002, she also hosted Miss Europe 2002 in Lebanon along with Miss Lebanon 1997 and Julien Lepers.

Her Bollywood credits include a cameo in 'Tehzeeb' (2003) followed by 'Ab Bas' (2004). In 2008, she was seen as a wild card entry contestant on the second season of the popular Indian TV show Bigg Boss.

She is the author of a book called ‘A Beautiful Truth’ which is an encyclopaedia on grooming and also deals with personality development and confidence building.
