I have always fancied myself as a Jack of All Trades, and lived by the mantra that one should always try everything one can!
From being a software engineer to a technical writer, while at the same time playing semi-professional football, to today, managing and playing bass guitar for The Raghu Dixit Project, India's biggest folk band and touring the world doing music with over 500 shows under our belt, I am a product evangelist and also help run a boutique web and app design company.
As part of the Indian indie music scene for the past 10 years, I am well acquainted with the local music scene, the artists and the people that make things happen. I am well versed with the indie music industry in Bangalore and most of India, and have been a part of conceptualizing and creating some interesting products and events that have everything to do with Indian indie music.
I am the co-founder of RadioVeRVe, an Internet radio station that promotes and plays only Indian Indie music and have been working on various projects in the online radio and artist promotion space.
In 2010, I started working with Ashim D'silva at 'The Random Lines' a boutique web design and development company, and have spearheaded the content and strategy for various web projects / consultancies that we have taken up and also head the marketing and business development for The Random Lines.
In 2011, along with Shilpa Sequeira who joined us, we have started dabbling with iOS applications and will be releasing our first bunch of iOS apps soon.
I just started working as the product evangelist for the 55444.in app store that I am helping build for Innoz Technologies, one of India's hottest start ups. The app store is set to launch in the first quarter of 2012.
