Mash Treaty entered the scene in February 2011.
Aatif Nafees (guitars) had started playing more than just imitating solos. Mehul Kumar was kicking ass on drums while Umair realized his potential in vocals. Finally Atif Adhami joined as bassy to complete the act.

You could feel the adrenaline pumping as the band performed covers of Pearl Jam, G'nR and Pink Floyd.
With Saad Hasan writing the lyrics, the band started experimenting with different genres composing songs such as 'Your name he calls', ‘The listener’, ‘Dark Days’ and ‘Glare in your eyes’.
The band has found for itself a unique identity by playing their self styled music that's raw power in every sense
