Three unusual International events that are celebrated in the month of February, March & April.

• Madeira Carnival in Portugal:

For 13 days at the island named Madeira in Portugal, there is this pre-Lenten festival organized by the name Madeira Carnival. This Carnival starts from 26^th February and lasts till 10^th March. Friday, the day before Lent commences, Funchal, the city that inhabits @ Madeira Island wakes up with brass music. The city then observes parades announcing the start of this carnival. Concerts and shows are time passers for the next five consecutive nights for Praca do Municipia, a square in Baixa district. The then day of celebration, Sunday, celebrates the grand procession of floats that follow their traditional route ends at Praca do Municipia square where singing & dancing has already heated up the atmosphere. The festival until the last day i.e. Shrove Tuesday, that makes caricature artists from all over the world a part of festive-parade.

• Special Olympics World Games 2019 in Abu Dhabi:

The reason why this event is termed special because it is about the determination of people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics World Games 2019, is an initiative by Abu Dhabi to boost up especially abled people by providing a platform to showcase their determinations. This event is patronage of His Highness Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahayan who believes in encouraging the determination of 4.9 million crowd that are specially abled and unique by celebrating Special Olympics World Games 2019. The event is organized from 14-21^st March at Zayed Sports City Stadium, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Wai Len & Full Moon Party in Thailand:

Chedi Sai is the Thai name of sand pagodas. 100’s of these Chedi Sai is what one gets to see @ Wan Lai Festival that is organized on 16^th and 17^th of April at Pattaya, Thailand. This festival is a part of Wan Lai festival in Bang Sean.

Haad Rin Beach located in the south of Koh Phangan island, Thailand is a host to the musical, foodie-dancing moon party in the month of April, May and June 2019. Close your eyes, see a summery beachy night that gets you and moon besides each other with music, food, and dance!
