MediaMonks, the global content arm of S4 Capital has been picked by Fanta as its lead agency for South-East Asia after a highly competitive pitch.MediaMonks’s Singapore office will be handling the account immediately and will work on originating creative work and concentrating on digital and social duties of Fanta
“The overall goal will be to further develop and amplify Fanta’s brand promise in South East Asia, with a core creative message that will tie in all produced content, and link the brand to even more consumers from 2020 onwards.”
Pratik Thakar, Coca-Cola Company’s Head of Integrated Marketing Communications for South East Asia, as saying: “We look forward to partnering with S4 Capital and MediaMonks. Leading the change in the industry, they bring a new-generation perspective on reaching consumers, merging data and technology with a unique approach to the development of content.”
MediaMonks CEO Victor Knaap has also been quoted as saying: “One of the world’s most iconic brands giving us full responsibility for their content and strategy in the region is a monumental achievement… The vote of confidence Fanta displayed in our ability to create culturally impactful work is a badge of honor to us, and we can’t wait to work on some seriously creative projects that will help guide the brand.”
This year, MediaMonks merged with influencer agency IMA in order to advance its digital marketing. The agency also made its first acquisition with film studio Caramel Pictures. MediaMonks was tapped by Avon to run digital content creation hubs globally.
This year, FANTA, 'THE 'ORANGE' Drink'changed its color. Coca-Cola Co has introduced new flavors to its brand- Fanta, in the US. Fanta Grape zero sugar and Fanta Wild Cherry joined the Fanta line up. While Coca Cola India introduced Fanta Juicy+this year.
