People can enjoy the scenic beauty of the Lake and engage in fishing, kayaking, and other interactive island experiences. The houseboat is eco-friendly and can accommodate up to four adults and four children. The houseboat includes an exclusive upper, lower and a sun deck. The lower deck comprises a living area, two suite bedrooms, and a kitchen. The upper deck includes the dining area, two washrooms, and a lounge. This air-conditioned houseboat has an exclusive six-member crew on board. It offers various cuisine options and other amenities include smart TV, internet, video games and onboard entertainment like karaoke and board games.

This year, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty completed one year of operations and added three more properties in the hospitality sector in Kerala at an investment of around Rs 1,000 crores. The new properties under the brand Hyatt Regency are in suburban Malayattur on the banks of the River Periyar, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram. The 12th edition of Conventions India Conclave, an international meet on MICE tourism, was also held at the GHB in August.
