Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital has acquired integrated digital agency Circus Marketing. The move will help S4 build a stronger presence in Latin America and a new office will be set up in Spain.
Sorrell is reportedly merging Circus with S4’s global content practice, which has been built around MediaMonks. Sorrell, the Executive Chairman of S4 Capital, as saying: “Bruno Lambertini, Ignacio Liaudat, and Luis Alonso and their colleagues at Circus share our vision of focusing on purely digital content, unencumbered by analog baggage. Circus also embraces our data-driven holy trinity model and embodies faster, better, cheaper or speed, quality and value. They are buying into our unitary model, combining seamlessly with our content and programmatic practices.”
Martin Sorrell's S4 Capital is combined with the leading digital content Advertising Age A-Listed production company MediaMonks. Last year the company acquired Silicon Valley, WhiteBalance and IMA, Caramel Pictures and BizTech. The company also merged with ConversionWorks and Datalicious Korea.
