One more Award launched for Event Industry...

EEMA (Event & Entertainment Management Association of India) as a part of its 10th year celebration has announced “Spotlight Awards” for supplier network. 

Ever since Mr. Sabbas has taken over as President of EEMA, he has been focusing more on how to make EEMA more inclusive of the entire Event Industry. 

Apart from various initiatives, “Spotlight Awards” is expected to be a key initiative to bring supply chain closer to EEMA. The key stake holders behind a successful event never got name or fame they really deserved. These awards will bring them under the spot light and give them their due recognition. It’s worth recalling that in its earlier days EEMA was reluctant to get supply chain on board. The primary reason was that many suppliers were much bigger in size than many of EEMA members who wanted their domination on them to continue. It was only after the new leadership, the supply chain was brought closer to EEMA. 

www.spotlightawards.in  is a dedicated website which has been launched. Entries for awards are now open. These awards will be a part of the annual convention which will be organised between 8th –10th September, 2017 at Delhi.

It is worth to recall here that just some time back Eventaa News of eventaa.com had conducted the poll survey regarding creditability of various Event Industry Awards. Eemax Global Awards had been voted as the most credible Awards amongst all other Award entities of the Event Industry. 

Eemax Global Awards has evolved from lot of controversies and allegations in the past before it reached its current creditability. It will be interesting to see how these new Spotlight Awards overcomes personal interest and agendas to ensure an equal level playing ground to all. If these  Award's first edition comes out clean of controversies and allegations then it will be another big achievement under the Presidency of Mr. Sabbas (Founder Director of Wizcraft International) and his EEMA management team.
