Parthu born in 1974, into a traditional Telugu family with a rich musical lineage (son of Sri Ramam Nemani and Smt Saroja Nemani and nephew of the popular music director Sri Nemani Surya Prakash), in the coastal town of Kakinada.

Partha Sarathy popularly known as Parthu is a famous playback singer in the telugu film industry with more than 100 film songs to his credit. Parthu also turned into Music Director and composed music for telugu films and several albums.
