Ali Salman has been one of the most famous and high-flying actors and anchors/hosts to be introduced to television in the past two decades. By means of a flair for speaking and a characteristic drollness, Ali has been cherished for his skills as a TV show host more than he was acknowledged for his roles as an actor. One of his earliest performances on screen was in the drama serial “Dard Ka Rishta” on STN, which starred Nauman Ijaz and Maria Wasti along with him. He played a supporting role in the drama serial. Though, the drama became unremarkable as soon after its airing, STN stopped its operations as a channel but he was amazing in that drama. He also hosted a show titled “Bara Singapoora Dot Com”, “Hum Na Maane Haar” and many more. Ali has acted in the drama serial “Aania” (TV One) and was lately seen hosting the show “Price Is Right” on Geo TV
