Shadaab Faridi is the son of legendary Sufi Singer, Ustad Mehtab Faridi of Sharanpur Gharana. He has been trained in Indian Classical as well as Sufi Style of singing by the illustrious Ustaad Rasheed Khan Sahib from Saharanpur. He had been singing for All India Radio with his father from the very tender age of eleven. Shadab accompanied his father Ustad Mehtab Faridi with his 'Sufi Group of Artists', who gave inspirational shows in various parts of the world.
