The Company “Sinewave Generators Private Limited” was established in February 1996 by the two young and dynamic entrepreneurs called Mr. Praveen Kumar and Vishwanath. Mr. Praveen Kumar had worked in service department in Parry Engineering and Exports Ltd (PEEL) which was part of 5000 crores Murugappa group of company. PEEL was engaged in activities of Sales and service of Diesel Generators powered with various make engines and alternators and was catering from 5 KVA to 4000 KVA capacity to all types of Industries. Similarly Mr. Vishwanath had worked in the Marketing Department of the same company and he was incharge for Bangalore/Karnataka operations. Both Mr. Praveen kumar and Vishwanath had resigned to the PEEL and started vibrant “Sinewave Generators Private Limited”.
