So we landed up at Yash Raj Film Studio's Recording Studio One. We were ridiculously fortunate to have people that really like us and our music enough to take the risk to invest in our recording here. As well as our producer KJ Singh and the fantastic team at the studio - Shantanu, their chief engineer, and his duo of Abhishek and Mansi, who assist him, with whose help we plan to capture the sounds we have floating about in our minds.Our plan for this week was to lay down dummy tracks live, with all 6 of us playing to a click track. Over which the drums would re-record their parts as tight as possible along with the bass guitar. And any overdubs that Zubin has in mind later.
