OYO Rooms, the world's third-largest hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes & living spaces has launched an online portal for travel agents. The platform, SuperAgent, will offer an easy and quick way to book Oyo accommodation for customers.
The SuperAgent web portal aims at improving the booking experience for offline travel agents. The interface then will be used by agents to deliver valuable service to the customers.SuperAgent provides pre-registered and verified offline travel agents access to OYO inventory. The portal provides an option for bulk travel, package bookings, etc. The company claimed that SuperAgent offers travel agents a simplified homepage including recent searches, recommended hotels, great deals, and important actions right at their fingertips.
It also offers a refined search to show properties tuned to a travel agent with relevant prices, a detailed commission report, simpler sales summary and reporting and more. OYO has been facing the wrath of the public from the past few months. The hospitality group is also facing major safety issues after a boy got electrocuted at an OYO Rooms hotel. Apart from public, the Hoteliers have also been protesting at OYO's head office in Patna as the company has not clear their dues since Jan 2019.
