The only dedicated national trade fair for bakery & pastry professionals in the country, the Bakery Business is returning with its 14thh edition. The show that stands tall for its international styling, comprehensiveness, and vastness of the industry will take place at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, between November 26 and 28, 2019. The platform provides an opportunity for Professional Home Bakers to showcase their masterpiece products. It also featured competition in various categories.
The 14th edition of the event will witness the presence of a large number of multinational companies (MNCs) and their big brands among the debutants. The companies and brands making their debut at this edition include DuPont, Kerry Ingredients, Dohler India, Fonterra and Anchor Professional from Epicure Foods, Radiant Indus Chem Pvt Ltd, Dr Oetker, Fortune Gourmet, Barry Callebaut, Bakels India, Altuntop from Turkey, TruFrost, School of European Pastry, Ace Technologies and POSist Technologies.
