The Most Awaited Mega Service Camp By Tata Motors Returns

Tata Motors, the largest automobile manufacturer in India, has rolled out of the 5th edition of its Mega Service Camp. This nationwide service will be available for its customers from November 21st, 2019 to November 30th, 2019 over 400 cities, across 650+ workshops PAN India. The services will be available to all existing Tata Motors customers at authorised dealerships.  

The Mega Service Camp will provide exciting offers to its customers. This includes services such as a free comprehensive vehicle health checkup, car top wash, discounts of up to 10% on original spare parts, oil, accessories and labour charges. Customers can also enjoy offers on value-added services, vehicle insurance and exchange offers on their Tata cars.

  Mr. Subhajit Roy, Senior General Manager & Head Customer Care, Tata Motors said, “After the completion of the former mega campaigns, this year’s edition strives at improving the Tata Motors service brand and advancing its important relationship with its consumers. This effort sights at honouring our customers’ constant support and recognition for our brand. Through this action, we hope to keep up with evolving requirements and cater to the ever-changing needs of our customers while sustaining high-quality service. 

The company has serviced over 4 Lakh cars till the 4th edition. It launched several unique, even industry-leading service initiatives last year. And because of all these efforts, for the third time in a row, Tata Motors was ranked the second-highest in the prestigious J.D. Power India Customer Service Index (Mass Market) StudySM. 

Recently the company also raised $300 million (around Rs 2,154 crores) from overseas markets. It also collaborated with a commercial EV fleet provider Lithium Urban Technologies. Last week, the company launched ‘India ki Doosri Diwali’ campaign to celebrate the success of its SCV (small commercial vehicle) range
