Look out from any one of the 200 rooms at the newly launched Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers, and you will be dazzled by Dubai’s twinkling skyline. The Indian Hotels Company Ltd’s second venture in the city is located in one of Dubai’s most buzzing residential neighborhoods home to 70 towers built around three lakes, cool bars, and lively restaurants. It’s a breezy 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport and a short walk from the nearest metro station.
The interiors at the Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers, we’re told, bring a slice of India to Dubai, with Middle Eastern aesthetics blending into Indian architectural styles. While all the rooms overlook Dubai’s glittery skyline, some of them offer unobstructed views of the Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Marina, and the Arabian Gulf.
For dining, the Dubai hotel has brought in Shamiana, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai’s iconic restaurant, which serves Indian cuisine with a side of live entertainment. For some international fare, there’s the Mediterannean-inspired rooftop bar Paros.
The hotel has the signature Taj Club Lounge as well as a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym. For events, the property has a large ballroom to host meetings and conferences, as well as wedding functions.
