2020 started with a Jaisalmer trip for RANJIT business partners. Every year the brand plans an annual meet inviting selected associates from across India. Last year the same meet happened at Manesar.This was a two day event with 2 Gala evenings and one day conference in January.
As the EMCEE for the event I share with you some of the key highlights.
SAND DUNES – GALA WELCOME
Winters in Jaisalmer welcomed the delegation. The first theme was arranged in open, in the middle of SAND DUNES of the desert giving the local and authentic view of the beauty of Rajasthan. A fleet of camels – the ship of the desert, also stood in the distance in a line further accentuating the beauty and local culture of Jaisalmer.
LEGACY OF RANJIT BRAND
Ranjit Hosiery is one of those brands of India that have stood the test of time. Today the brands stand on a strong legacy of 50 + years of customer satisfaction and confidence.
From the variety of choices to the durability of products the company has been committed to its core values from the time of its inception in 1970 till today, also continuing to set new Benchmarks.
NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR AYUSHMAN KHURANA
One such new accomplishment that the company revealed during its conference on Day 2 was, their latest association with popular actor and Youth Icon Ayushman Khurana.
The revelation was done in a very interesting way with a big blank cut out kept on one side of the stage. With empty numbered blocks that could be filled with pieces of similarly numbered squares. Each round table picked a piece of the puzzle and then one representative from each table was called to stick the piece as per the allotted number. Soon a branding image was visible with just the face of the model missing; the face cut outs were then added by Company MD Mr. Ranjit Bhagchandani.
The engaging activity as shared by Director Mr. Aditya Bhagchandani, was symbolic of how any scheme or step by the company is incomplete unless it gets the participation of all partners.
From trips to smart phones the company offered attractive schemes to motivate orders from the channel partners. The response was as expected, filled with enthusiasm and buzz.
Best performers of the previous financial year were rewarded for top sales in their respective regions. These regions were – Ahmedabad, Gujrat , Rajasthan , UP & Uttarakhand.
All India level award categories also recognized the best among the best. Every visiting channel partner then came forward to collect their certificates.
The conference ended with a group photograph taken with every delegate wearing a Rajasthani Pagdi.Later in the evening another Bollywood Retro theme gala was arranged to end the meet on a high with music and entertainment.
I received valuable support from Mr. Anand Sandil and Mr. Devendra Chhabria who inducted me for the event, also perfectly managed and planned the various aspects with perfection.
Yet another fulfilling event wrapped. Off to the next stage.
