And the Best Hotel for Women Traveler Award goes to…

The 7th edition of readers’ choice India’s Best Awards were hosted by Travel + Leisure India & South Asia last week at ITC Maurya in New Delhi. There were 58 awards of different categories varied from the best country to emerging destination, cruise to business hotel, airport to destination spa, and honeymoon destinations in India and across the world.

There was even a category for Best Hotel for Women Travelers, which was shared by Roseate House, New Delhi and Hyatt Regency. This is a very important category, and the hotels need to be listed as such. Roseate House, New Delhi pointed out that they take special care of single women travelers, giving them rooms at their choice of floor, close to the elevator, etc.

To select the winner, the online voting was conducted on their website (iba2018.travelandleisureindia.in) over a period of three months from August to October this year. During the three months of online voting, around 2,00,000 votes poured in.

The awards function was attended by representatives from each of the winners, along with Opinion Leaders from various industries including travel, hospitality, automobile, aviation, Tourism boards, as well as several international dignitaries.
